直到全书完，还没有剧终的感觉。这不光是作品穿插写作，更有每段场境引人入胜的功劳。N. Krishna地描述让人身临其景，随处可见的像声词留声机般诉给你听。有些词句看似夸张，细想又会心点头。大家的风范是可在一颖一壳间彰显谷粒。当然也许是故意留白，主人翁“我爷爷”怎么流落日本？三奶的故事以及二奶与奶奶纠葛有些欠丰，让人奢望。
